Rebecca S. Steinmetz, Member, has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry primarily resulting from her association with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland where she served as a commissioned bank examiner from 1990 to 2003 and as a Financial Reports Analyst from 1987 to 1990. During Rebecca’s employment with the Federal Reserve, she graduated with honors in 1998 from American Banker’s Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. Her Stonier thesis regarding risk management was chosen for publication. Rebecca also authored an article for ABA’s Compliance Magazine and conducted a presentation for Ohio Banker’s Association regarding risk management. Since Rebecca’s employment with the Federal Reserve, she has provided consulting services to financial organizations as well as designed and successfully implemented a quality management system (ISO 9001:2000) for a manufacturing company. Rebecca graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree.
J. David Jury, Member, has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry, as a result of his association with both community banks and trade organizations as well as with two bank regulatory agencies. David has served as President and Chief Executive officer and Market President of three community banks subsequent to his extensive experience in managerial and examination roles with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions. With the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, David was Community Bank Supervisor overseeing the examination staff at the Cincinnati Branch. With the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions, he has served as an examiner and as Director, Division of Banking. He has served on the Boards of the Kentucky Bankers Association and the Community Bankers of Kentucky. David graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Ron D. Sacks, Associate, has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry with 19 years in various roles at a community bank and 24 years as an examiner of financial institutions with the State of Ohio, Division of Financial Institutions. During Ron’s career as an examiner, he successfully served as the central point of contact and examiner-in-charge of a large, multi-bank organization for three and one half years. When not serving as the central point of contact, Ron served as a financial institutions examiner for various banks and savings institutions in Northwest and Southwest Ohio. Ron attended numerous bank related seminars as well as Ohio State University and Northwestern Business College, Lima, Ohio.
